American Red Cross has a new course called "When Help is Delayed" which is a 3 hour course that suppliments regular First Aid Training. I've arranged for a certified instructor to come to Yards Creek Scout Reservation on Wed June 11 at 6:30.
As an adult you can take the course just for the information, but if you have CPR & First Aid Certification, you will take a test at the end and get certification. Cost is $20.00
They will allow scouts 16 & 17 years old to attend, but they must be CPR & Basic First Aid trained.
