By the way, does anyone else find the advertising on this forum greatly annoying?
Our troop experienced some rapid growth and I was wondering if there are any resources (software, forms, etc) for setting up rides to and from camping trips and outings?
For the last two or three trips, I've used the permission slips (where the parent notes whether or not their joining us) to make a little chart of who is driving and how many extra seats they have in their vehicle.
Then I take the permission slips, and find out what Scouts NEED rides and fill in the blanks.
My concern is, what do you do when the number of Scouts exceeds the number of seats?!
Any suggestions?
